Шар Цвета Хаки (Нау) / Khaki-Colored Globe (Draft 1)

Khaki-Colored Globe (Nautilus Pompilius, 1986-1988)

My first draft:

I was see-through, I was crystal-clear
I was colorless, but I changed to white.
I guess someone announced it was winter
And colored me white.

I was white, but I was still pure
Cold as ice, but still with a spotless track,
But someone announced, it was war,
And colored me black.

           Chorus:

I see that color, I want to cry
I smell that color, and I see black
I don't want to know that fuck
Who will color the sky
I see their song from afar, but I hear just
"Your left, your left!
Your right, your right!"
I do not know anything worse
Than a crowd colored khaki.

I was black, and I could stand the black,
But then some man
With iron jaw and eyes like rockets
Announced an attack on the Sun, and colored me khaki.

             Chorus:
I see smoke, I want to cry
I smell smoke, I see black
I don't want to know that fuck
Who will burn down the sky.
I see their song from afar, but I hear just
"Your left, your left!
Your right, your right!"
I do not know anything worse
Than a globe colored khaki.

"Your left, your left!
Your right, your right!"

"Your left, your left!
Your right, your right!"
